  • Q: How much does a Pole Delights Professional Dance Pole kit cost?

  • A: All of our pole packages can be viewed in our Pole Delights Dance Pole category.

  • Q: How much does a Pole Delights Pole package cost to ship?

  • A: Nothing! Delivery is free to the mainland UK (For a ceiling height up to our standard length of 3 metres). You will receive a 2 inch / 50.8mm diameter stainless steel one piece polished metal tube along with a professional pole dance kit.

  • Q: What is the maximum height allowable?

  • A: We are able to send your Pole Delights Dance Pole to mainland UK to fit a maximum height of up to 3 metres. If your floor to ceiling height measures 3 metres up to 3.6 metres than an additional fee will apply. Contact us for more information at info@isntshepretty.co.uk

  • Q: I live outside of mainland UK can I still order a pole?

  • A: Yes you can. If you live outside of mainland UK including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Europe and Worldwide .

  • Q: Can I install The Pole Delights Pole in my own home?

  • A: It can be installed on most floor/ceiling combinations where there are two parallel structure points. It should be installed under a joist when installing on plasterboard ceiling or anywhere under a concrete ceiling. It should be placed a on a solid floor to ensure safety. Seek advice first if you have a sprung floor.

  • Q: How long will it take to install and do I need any additional tools?

  • A: If you order a kit, it is easy to install and only takes a couple of minutes to put up. You will need a 15mm (Or adjustable) spanner to tighten the nut on the adjustable foot. You may wish to consider are a spirit level to ensure the pole is upright.

  • Q: Will it leave any marks on my floor or ceiling?

  • A: The floor and ceiling mounts have anti slip pads attached that are gentle on all surfaces. If the removable kit is installed correctly it will not leave any marks. Please be aware if the pole is placed under an artex ceiling there may be some minimal damage.

  • Q: Does The Pole kit come with instructions?

  • A: Fully detailed installation instructions accompany all the Pole Delights Pole. Follow these carefully for trouble free safe dancing.

  • Q: Is the Pole Delights Pole static or spinning type?

  • A: It is a static pole.

  • Q: What is the maximum body weight the Pole Delights Pole will allow?

  • A: It is recommended the maximum body weight is 16 stones.

  • Q: Can I perform advanced pole tricks?

  • A: It is possible to perform all levels of tricks from beginners to advanced moves. You will be able to perform swings, spins, climbs and body inverts, the same as you would be able to with a pole in a club or gym. It is suitable to perform all of the moves that are featured in our range of instructional pole dance DVDs.

  • Q: How does the removable pole stay up?

  • A: The removable pole uses a pressure fitting. The pole is placed under a ceiling joint and on a solid floor. You use a 15mm spanner to tighten the fixed nut at the bottom of the pole, until the fixture is firmly and securely held in place.

  • Q: I already have a Pole Delights Pole kit, can I order addtitional parts?

  • A: Yes you can purchase additional fittings and tools for your kit by contacting us. info@isntshepretty.co.uk

  • Q: How do I place an order?

  • A: You need to decide on the room you wish to use and carefully measure from the floor to ceiling in the place you wish to install. Please measure carefully as once the stainless steel metal tube has been cut we are unable to make any changes. Please provide your measurement in both inches and centimetres. You can advise us of this measurement when you process your order in the cart.

  • Q: How long will it take until I receive my Pole Delights Pole?

  • A: Once we have your measurement and cleared payment we will get your order cut, packed and booked in for collection the next working day. Once collected for mainland UK addresses, the courier offers next delivery.

    If you require a longer length pole this make take an extra day for us to arrange collection. If you live outside mainland UK, delivery can take up to 2 days. Delivery outside UK is always subject to local arrangements and customs clearance.

  • Q: Can a pole be collected?

  • A: We can arrange for you to collect your professional kit direct from us at Isn't She Pretty Isnt She Pretty Unit 707F Thorp Arch Trading Estate Wetherby LS23 7FF. You will need to contact us first so we can arrange a convenient time and date for collection.

  • Q: I wish to order more than one pole, are discounts available?

  • A: If you wish to order several poles we may be able to offer a discount on your order. You will need to contact us first before you place your order.

  • Q: I wish to become a distributor of Pole Delights Poles, is this possible?

  • A: Isn't She Pretty are the manufacturer of the Pole Delights Pole. If you wish to become a distributor please contact us advising us of your company details and how you intend to retail. We will be able to provide further information on potential business opportunities.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

  • A: We accept most payment cards. Through our secure gateway network provider Lloyds TSB - Sage Pay we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. Paypal allows you to pay with American Express in addition to the same accepted with Sagepay. We also accept cheque, postal orders, cash and payment direct into our company bank account.
